Ingredients:
Oreo Biscuit Crust
- 120g Oreo biscuit, removed filling and crushed
- 70g unsated butter melted
Filling:
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- caster sugar
- 2 pieces of oreo biscuit, removed filling and crushed
- 150g dairy whipping cream
- 1 ½ tbsp gelatine powder
- 80ml full cream milk
1) Oreo Biscuit crust: combine all ingredients and press into a 18cm round springform pan. Chill in the fridge until firm. (Remarks: remember to poke some hole on the surface of the crust by using a fork be4 u put it into refrigerator, it can help to set the filling in place when u pour into it later. )
2) Beat cream cheese and caster sugar until smooth. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3) Combine the gelatine powder, full cream milk and double boil until dissolved. Pour into the mixture no. 2 and mix well. Spread onto the crust.
4) Chill in the fridge for 3 hours before serving (personally i suggest 1 day)
at the end it will become the oreo cheese cake liao!!! =)
